Comfortably decorated and well appointed for your vacation pleasure, this home offers a very large fully-equipped kitchen (stand at the sink and watch the waves roll in!) with a walk-in pantry and laundry area, an open oceanfront dining area comfortably seating 8, and a spacious oceanfront great room with a vaulted ceiling. The living area, kitchen, and all 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort and there are 3 full baths, each with a tub/shower combo. There is a 32" flat screen cable TV with blue ray DVD player in the living area, cable TV with built in DVD/VCR in the master and cable TV in both guest bedrooms.
Two open ocean front decks (one down and one upstairs) and a large screened porch off of the living area are perfect for enjoying fabulous sunrises over the Atlantic and relaxing away the days watching shrimp boats trawling and dolphin playing just off shore. This home boasts an ocean view from every room except the baths—even the stairwell offers a large window with a stunning view!
Recently renovated, the house has been updated with new carpet, new beds and bedding, 2 new sleeper sofas, loveseat and arm chair, and new appliances. A gas grill on the back deck and a high speed wireless Internet connection complete the amenities. Please be courteous and clean the grill after use so that it will be ready for the next guest.
All rates exclude taxes and vehicle gate pass; departure cleaning added to stays of less than one week. Pet fee is $15 per night to a maximum of $90 per stay; dog or cat, 2 pet maximum. No smoking, please.
