You'll feel right at home in this second row ocean view home featuring a private boardwalk direct to the beach, an outdoor shower, and high speed Internet access. Two of the 3 bedrooms open onto back decks with ocean views and the living area opens into an ocean view screened porch with a ceiling fan. For your comfort, there are ceiling fans throughout the home, including all 3 bedrooms, and winter visitors will enjoy the coziness of a wood burning fireplace in living room.
The master bedroom features a private bath with a tiled walk-in shower; the other 2 bedrooms share a "Jack & Jill" bath that is also accessible from the hallway. This home has a King bed in the master, queen in second bedroom, 2 twins in third, and a sleeper sofa in living area. The master bedroom has cable television and a DVD player.
The large, bright, well equipped kitchen includes a cozy breakfast area, with a casual table and chairs, and also opens onto a dining area where you can enjoy a bit more formal dining. Numerous windows and sliding glass doors throughout the home provide beautiful natural light and great views. There is cable television in the living area. A large gas grill on the back deck completes the picture of the perfect vacation home! Please be courteous and clean the grill after use so that it will be ready for the next guest.
All rates exclude taxes and vehicle gate pass; departure cleaning added to stays of less than one week. Pet fee is $15 per night to a maximum of $90 per stay; dog or cat, 2 pet maximum. No smoking, please.
