It features large front and back decks--both with dining tables and chairs, beautiful ceramic tiles throughout, 2 bay parking below the home, and winter visitors will enjoy the wood burning fireplace in the living room.
This home is only a 2 block walk to Beach & Racquet club and just steps to the beach on your private path and boardwalk. There is a gorgeous direct ocean view from the spacious deck stretching full length across the back of this home. French doors open from the living area onto the back deck, as well as from the master bedroom and second bedroom.
The home offers quality furnishings throughout and ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms and the living area provide gentle breezes. For your convenience, a high speed wireless Internet connection is available. In the living area you will find cable television with both VCR and DVD players as well as a stereo with IPOD/MP3 docking station. The master offers a king bed, cable television, and a full attached private bath. The second bedroom has a double bed and also offers cable television. The third bedroom offers two twin beds and a large comfy chair for reading. There is a queen inflatable air bed to set up in the living area for expanded sleeping options. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after the beach. This home is pet friendly for weekly and nightly rentals, limited to one dog. Sorry, no cats please.
All rates exclude taxes and vehicle gate pass; departure cleaning added to stays of less than one week. Pet fee is $15 per night to a maximum of $90 per stay; dogs only, 1 pet maximum. No smoking, please.
