Property Description:
This second row ocean view home is located on a corner lot, across the street from beach front homes on a quiet cul-de-sac. In addition to use of the Beach and Racquet Club pool, renters of 10 Shipwatch also have access to another pool, only 75 feet away and adjacent to the beach walkway. The site across the street from this house is un-built, so you have a great view of the dunes and ocean.
Ideal for a small family or group of friends, there is a combined living/dining area with the dining table seating 6, flowing directly into a small but fully equipped and updated kitchen with new appliances, granite countertops, new cabinetry, a pantry and ample lighting. This is a very light and bright home, with numerous large windows inviting the sun and views. There is a direct ocean view from the living/dining area, where new bamboo flooring extends throughout. All three bedrooms are carpeted. The spacious first floor master, with cable television, opens directly onto the downstairs open porch, and has its own private full bath. There is a second full bath upstairs, between the two bedrooms and accessed through the hallway. Both bathrooms boast new ceramic tile, granite countertop vanities, and full tub/shower combos. One of the two upstairs bedrooms also offers a direct ocean view, and the other opens onto the upstairs screened porch--which has an ocean view and can also be accessed from the hallway. Each bedroom has one queen bed; there is also a double-sized air mattresses available to expand the options for sleeping arrangements.
This home offers a high speed wireless Internet connection, a full sized stacking washing machine and dryer, and a charcoal grill for your convenience. Please be courteous and clean the grill after use so that it will be ready for the next guest. There are rocking chairs on both the open and screened porches, perfect for relaxing. 10 Shipwatch is pet friendly----there is even a comfy dog bed for your pooch! A warm water outside shower is perfect for rinsing sand off kids and dogs before coming indoors. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living area provide a gentle cooling breeze throughout the home. This home is neat and clean with new furniture and fixtures in an ideal location for your vacation!
